Fabian is Co-Founder and CEO of Lynkt. During his career at Salesforce and as an entrepreneur, he worked closely with industrial companies and witnessed how inefficient knowledge transfer hindered productivity and operational success. Driven to address these challenges, he co-founded Lynkt to create innovative tools that empower workers and improve industrial performance. With expertise in digital transformation and business growth, gained through leadership roles and as co-founder of YouGrow Academy, Fabian combines strategic vision with hands-on experience to drive Lynkt’s mission forward.

Michael is Co-Founder and CTO of Lynkt. Motivated by his own experiences transitioning from frontline technician to software engineer, he co-founded Lynkt to address critical gaps in knowledge sharing within industrial environments. With over 15 years of experience, his career spans research roles at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, ARM, and Google, as well as serving as an early engineer at Snapchat, where he led projects like AR integration and platform development. His focus on creating user-friendly and scalable technology drives Lynkt’s solutions for industrial challenges.
